Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta (March 28 1986). Pop singer. Lady Gaga, a pop artist who is well-known throughout the world. She was born in New York, York. Her mother was Cynthia Louise Bissett vice president of the mobile operator Verizon. Joseph Anthony Germanotta Jr. is her father. He's an internet company director and businessman. The family she grew up with was Catholic and she was raised on the Upper East Side in Manhattan. In order to avoid being a victim of the system, her parents were enrolled at the Convent of the Sacred Heart an eminent and religious institution. She has always loved music. As a little girl she started to learn the piano. When she was thirteen years old, her first composition was written. She was a part of open-mic night. She was a big fan of Queen Michael Jackson, Madonna as well as David Bowie. Upon completion of high school she enrolled at the New York University's Tisch School of Art to learn about music. However, after high school she chose to pursue a music career and abandoned the study.
