Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is an athlete who competes. Ariel Khadr started her fitness modeling career when she was just 16 years old, and she stopped gymnastics. When she was 17 She was awarded her pro card just one year later. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and an athlete sponsored by IFBB. After quitting her gymnastics career She began competing in fitness competitions when she was 16. At the age of 17, she was 17 years old she was awarded her professional card. This made her one of the oldest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel quit the stage after 6 years in order to finish her college. The year 2015 saw her continue her journey from the previous year's the most prestigious contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. After winning her first competition in 2009, she continued competing for a number of years, setting goals for herself. The year 2009 saw four brand new fitness titles were added to her collection. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel took 6 years to earn her bachelor's degree, following her Pro Card award. The debut of the IFBB Fitness Pro occurred in the Phoenix Europa Games, in 2015 October. She came in third at the contest. In the summer of 2016 she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months, Ariel stepped onto the Olympia stage and took 6th place in the Fitness Division. Ariel was thrilled to have placed 6th in the Fitness Division even though she not having any expectations. This is not a surprise since Ariel was able to place well, considering that she had to compete against top of the line athletes. Ariel is always improving her body. Ariel likes to focus upon her lower back. The exercises she uses to work her back are bent-over rows on the machine that use single arm pull downs with lats. Warming up is usually done before an actual exercise. Ariel is also very efficient when it comes to time management. Ariel accomplishes this through supersettings on all of her back exercises. It involves three or four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
